Poster Presentation/Competition

PACISE will feature a student poster competition. The purpose of this competition is to encourage students who have worked on projects and research, both inside and outside of class, to present their work. Posters on all subjects at all levels are encouraged. The formal competition is open to undergraduate students, with prizes awarded for the top three posters. Posters will be scored using this rubric. Posters will be presented for interactive judging between 4:00 and 5:45 on March 31st in Ross Hall. Judges may review posters from 7:45 until 9:00 on March 31. Results will be announced after lunch on April 1.

Posters from faculty and graduate students are welcome for presentation only.

Poster abstracts should be submitted by March 17, see the Call for Participation for full details. Those presenting posters must register for the conference. Please note any special requirements (tables, electricity, ...) on your conference registration form.

Students who have developed games are encouraged to present their work. Space will be set aside for a "poster arcade" where game posters and game demonstrations can be presented. A number of machines are available and additional tables with power and network will be set aside to accommodate laptops.

Questions or concerns regarding the poster presentation/competition should be directed to the conference chair.
